Congratulations Card

I made this card with a recycled paint sample in honor of Earth day.  I also used the sketch from Frosted Design for this week.  I used a punch to make handmade paper lace for the Cropstop challenge this week.  I stamped two images (the E monogram and the flower) for the challenge at Crafting when you can. It is also for the challenge at Fab and Funky to use lace and pearls.  it is also for the anything goes challenge at One Stitch at a time.
