This weekend's goings-on

I did my long run this morning at 7:30, 11 miles, 1 hour 45 minutes. New area, lots of dog interruptions but nothing dangerous and made it interesting. Saturday afternoon I rode my bike for 14.5 miles, 1 hours 9 minutes. I'm not very fast yet. This afternoon we helped Timothy finish up his Eagle Scout project. YEA! I did a three more scrapbook pages and a dozen cards Saturday after Timothy's X/C race. He medaled, 13th place with a personal best time of 17:27. Adam right behind him in 14th. They should do really well this year because this meet had 5A and 4A schools. Dinner's ready - something new - Chicken Alfredo. Yum! Here is a picture of the complete Eagle project - a new archery range at Camp Tyler and pic of Timothy and Adam after the race.

Love your layouts - especially the race one.

Needless to say, my favorite scrapbook page out of the three is the 5k Cross Country Race!!

My Eagle Scout Project of refurbishing a campsite was wimpy compared to Tomothy's new archery range!!
