Sucky run, or maybe not...
Left work Tuesday evening and went to run at Rose Rudman trail. It was 5:15 pm eariler than I usually go but had planned on going to drive in later and needed time to get home, eat and get cleaned up. It's amazing what an hour this time of day can do for the temps. I started out and was out of breath really fast. I kept going but called Gary and found out it was 87 degrees with a heat index of 91 and 47% humidity. So that explains it! Not enough shade either, some but not enough. I kept going, passed the car around 4 something miles but kept going anyway. Wanted to stop, but didn't want to either. Returned to the car, 6.3 miles (estimation - forgot my garmin, and went a little farther than my last run of this route which was 6) with a time of 1 hour and 9 minutes. So overall, considering the temps, I am happy with the run because it was for sure a really good workout. A lady really shouldn't sweat this much!

Good grief woman! That's the worst part of the day to go running I would imagine!
WoWzErS! That's quite a commitment my friend! See, that's the one thing we don't have here - the humidity and for that I'm very grateful! ((((HUGS))))
