I got off work at noon and Friday's are my long run day. Was scheduled to do a 7 mile run, increasing 1/2 mile per week. It was drizzling rain and wet and cold but I changed and went. Convinced myself to do at least 4 miles. Then started running. It was yucky. Convinced myself to do at least 2 1/2 mile run. But as I ran, I warmed up and felt great so I did the whole 7 miles. Legs are sore but it felt great to complete the run. Still on schedule. go me. : )
Warm shower (done), lunch and nap all next.
