Scrapbook Challenge sketch 371 for this one. Part of a two pager. Here is the 2nd page. I did both of these for the 11 items
challenge at Frosted Design. Had to use at least one of the 11 items listed. I used banners and washi tape. I also did it for the
Life Paper Scrapbook Color challenge.
