It's October - fall - cool - finally!

Wow a cold front came through last night and it feels great!! I have been at the theater the last 3 nights as I am the producer for the Christmas show - Scrooge and Marley. Auditions Monday and Tuesday and helping the director last night and I'm so tired. I want to go to bed early tonight.

I'm happy to report that Timothy was back to normal at the last x/c race and did it in 17:29 and got 8th. Much better than last week when he got 48th!! Next race Saturday a.m. but with homecoming dance on Friday night after the football game, he won't get much rest. I ran 2 miles Sunday and everything hurt. Hence, the trip to the chiropractor on Monday afternoon but I'm still not 100%. Not sure what's up.
