Jeremy's all ready to go to SFA!

We drove to Nacogdoches Friday and got there just before dark. Slept in the RV and finished setting it all up today and then drove home. Got the plumbing, sewer, water and electricity all hooked up and Jeremy ready to move in to go to SFA. Met two of the neighbors that were really nice, friendly folks. A retired forestry professor from SFA has many acres and has set up 5 or 6 trailer/RV spots to rent. He helped us get set up and gave me a homemade bottle of peach wine as a welcome gift!! He has a tree farm there and it's about 5 miles from campus. Should would out great. Better than the dorm. Jeremy will drive back down on Monday for orientation on Tuesday and classes on Wed. So he's not quite gone yet! Here are my pictures from today and yesterday from the trip. The first is the Austin Building at SFA - the oldest campus building still in use in the state (built in the 20's) and Jeremy's home away from home!

What a unique opportunity for a freshman, getting to live out in the woods like that! I'll bet he's loving it. (((hugs)))
