I had serious doubts if I was going to make it on the run last night for the full time. I didn't feel too good and just didn't care about time. Just decided to try to do at least 8 miles, but then I kept on going. Started out hot and humid and then it switched to serious winds (but a tad cooler) as the storm moved in. I just knew it was going to rain me out before I got done but it didn't. Just slight sprinkles a couple times. It also almost got dark as I got a little later start to wait out the heat (6 p.m.) and I was unusually slow. Man, was I tired when I got done but I did it.
12 miles in 2 hours 19 minutes, augh. But I don't feel too bad today so that's good.

And on another side note, I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first grandchild who's due to appear on Saturday! Come on Gracie, I'm ready to meet you!
